Ads Agent Privacy Policy

Ads Agent ("the App") is a private tool used by its owner to manage and analyze their own Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising accounts. This policy explains what data the App accesses and how it is used.

The App is operated by the account owner for their own business use. It is not a public product and does not create accounts for third parties.

• Ad performance data — campaigns, ad sets, ads, spend, and results, to produce analysis and recommendations.
• Business and Page information — to identify the ad accounts and Pages the owner manages.
• Lead data (leads_retrieval) — leads generated by the owner's own lead ads (such as name, phone, email, and form answers), used solely to help the owner review lead quality and refine audience targeting.

Data is used only to provide analysis, recommendations, and reporting to the account owner through a private messaging interface. We do not sell, rent, or share the data with any third party, and we do not use it for advertising to third parties.

Data is processed on the owner's own private server and retained only as long as needed to provide the analysis. Lead personal details are used for analysis and are not published or redistributed.

The owner may delete any stored data at any time. To request deletion, contact us at the email below.
